Another Goal Reached - Teen Jeans
Well, sorry I've been away from my blog. For those of you who are wondering if I fell off the weight loss wagon, the answer is yes and no. I did have to delay my nine day cleanse as I headed off to Florida to help my Mom care for her ailing husband. However, I took my shake mix with me and dutifully started each day with a shake. I ate out a LOT in Florida, but I still remembered my protein and veggie rule for at least one meal a day. I did pretty well. I did eat some things I should have avoided like ice cream one night. And I had key lime pie for my birthday. Since it was warm in Florida (and flat) I tried running a few times. I'm not very good at that but still hope to do a 5 K in May. But I digress. Anyway, I didn't weigh in for a long time but when I returned from Florida I got back down to it and did a two day cleanse. I felt so much better after this. I am following the shake / meal / shake plan now. I finally did the weigh in after the long delayed two day and TA DA! I am now down 13 pounds. Today I put on my son's tight fitting, low-riding, skateboarding jeans and they fit! I had set a goal to keep going until I could zip these jeans. I was thinking about selling them on EBAY. It broke my heart that I spent $50 a pair - he only wore them a few times. (Did I mention they are too tight for him?) So, although I did not reach my goal of releasing 15 pounds of body fat, water, and toxins, I did continue to head towards my goal. I love the flexibility of this system. You can work hard when you want, and take it easy if life gets too hard. Also, you can eat pie and ice cream once in while and still reach your goals.

More Energy for Workouts
I can't believe this but I am actually wanting to work out. I have a lot more energy since starting my Isagenix program in the beginning of December (http://healthytwo.isagenix.com/us/en/home.dhtml). I've had to increase the level on my exercise bike and I've begun to get off the bike after 30 minutes and do another 20 minutes on the treadmill. I'm also doing a yoga workout with dumbbells. The most interesting part for me is I am not doing this everyday. Only two or three times a week but still seeing a huge increase in lean muscle. I am thinking about doing a 5K in May. I think that is a good goal. Right now I am doing one mile walk run on the treadmill. So, wish me luck!

Weight Loss - Update on My Journey to Health
Well, I've lost 10 pounds and I had to replace my "skinny" jeans because they were starting to fall down. I am now officially down one whole size (I'm underestimating here because I had actually gone up a size right before I started the program.) Stay tuned for my new picture.

Rapid Weight Loss is Easy - Just Count to Two

Hi Everyone,
I wanted to share my story. I was in search for something to help me feel better, more energy and most importantly I needed to lose the weight that I had gained. My neighbor Dawn has been offering me her products for about a year now. I initially used the TWO DAY cleanse product in the past and lost 5 pounds in two days. That was amazing. I didn’t feel hungry at all. This time Dawn was getting together a group to do an 11 day cleanse and weight loss program. It was perfect timing for me, right before the holidays and in time for me to lose before leaving for Puerto Rico on Jan 6th.

It was perfect timing for me, right before the holidays and in time for me to lose before leaving for Puerto Rico on Jan 6th.
Here's how the program works:
Prepare: Weight and measure yourself so you can track your progress to a new leaner you.
Step 1: You first do a TWO DAY cleanse. The cleanse is a drink which you mix with water. You drink this 4 times a day. You are allowed to eat TWO almonds every TWO hours and also to eat the Snacks which are little wafers.
Step 2: For the next 5 days you drink TWO shakes a day. The shakes are made with TWO scoops of the product and 8 ounces of water. You also have one meal where you put TWO things on your plate. The meal consists of 3 cups of green veggies and a protein. You can also continue to eat TWO almonds every TWO hours in between meals and the snacks.
Step 3: Don't forget to take your accelerator capsules TWO times a day. Once in the morning and once with lunch. This product helps you burn more fat.
Step 4: Do another TWO DAY cleanse.
Step 5: Weight and measure yourself to see your results।
The program not only helps you lose weight but gives you an amazing amount of energy, turns fat into muscle and helps you sleep better! I did not feel hungry and I could feel the pounds melting away. I just finished yesterday and here are my results:
Weight before: 168
Weight now: 160.5
I am now fitting into my skinny jeans. I plan to keep losing until I hit 138. That will be 30 pounds gone!!! I am already ¼ of the way there. I plan to be half way there by my birthday on Jan. 28th. Of course I have planned my cleanse so I can enjoy going out to dinner on my birthday! Even if you do not want to lose but you want more energy and a healthier way of eating, or you have a particular health concern, Isagenix can help. On the program you will be off of dairy, wheat, caffeine, artificial sweeteners, additives and instead, you will be eating organic, clean foods for 9 days. Your body will be releasing toxins and replacing cells with new healthier cells. You may see improvements in many areas. (I mainly felt improvement in my joints and my sleep became much better). For athletes the product can give you a competitive edge.

I will be leading a group cleanse starting on Jan. 12th to recover from the holidays. Average weight loss on the cleanse is 7-9 pounds. Someone in our group lost 12 pounds! If you want to join our group cleanse email me or call me and I can help you get started. You would want to plan to order your product by January 5th so you can be prepared to start your cleanse in the New Year! It is really nice doing a group cleanse because you have others to call and lean on if you need help. Or if you prefer to start right away, call me and I can support you. When you buy the program you will get everything you need to do it. It’s easy you just count TWO of everything.
P.S. You can do it if I did it! Even if you are not interested right now, please feel free to forward this email to anyone you know who may need to improve their health.
Hope everyone has a wonderful holiday.
